If you do see Moth activity we can put an environmentally friendly additive into our shampoo mix that is only harmful to Moths.
All Care Cleaning Services comes with a fully equipped van and we always use our own industrial strength machinery but once we have been and gone make sure you change the vacuum bag in your own hoover. Wash all soft fabrics in the rooms affected, especially cracks and crevices where eggs might be hiding, (we also shampoo clean upholstery) but it would be a good idea to take down curtains etc. and give them a good wash.

20 years ago there used to be mainly carpeted flats and houses here in London. More often than not even floor to ceiling carpets. These days wooden floors is getting more and more popular and All Care Cleaning do a lot of floor cleaning in the Kensington and Chelsea area. ⚭
Wooden floors can be tricky to clean and you have to take special care when you use water. Especially on the more rustic looking floors that doesn't have a protective oil coating. Normally for a day to day clean you either dry mop the floor or just hoover them. ⚭
If you have tough dirt or black scuff marks on your wooden floors it should be removed by wet cleaning using special wooden floor soap. All Care Cleaning uses a ph friendly, natural organic product from Norway made from the sap of the pine tree, which works wonders for any type of cleaning and it smells like pine. ⚭
Obviously All Care Cleaning also undertakes rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, moving in or moving out cleaning, clean up after party, emergency cleaning, red wine spillage etc. etc.
Call us today for a free estimate on 020 7625 8888 we will be happy to talk to you about your cleaning needs. ⚭
Some of All Care Cleaning's major emergency cleans are often the result of coffee, tea, food and red wine spillages.
These are often accidents and where most customers make mistakes is by trying to clean these spillages up themselves.
As well instead of using specialist cleaning products they end up just using households products that can sometimes bleach their carpets and rugs etc.
If you do happen to spill something on your upholstery or carpet here is a good method to use:
To help remove spills, blot as much of the spillage as possible noting to be careful that you don't rub the spillage into the pile of your carpet.
Mix together some baking soda with water and sponge it on the spillage. Then use paper towels to blot. Next sprinkle some more baking soda on top of the spillage, mixed with salt. Vacuum. This will decrease the chance that some of the spillage will remain in the carpet and cause unpleasant odours later.
As well if you live in London choose the easy option and call All Care Cleaning Services instead on

I guess we all know that bathrooms only look this good when
a) it is brand new or
b) it has just been cleaned.
In London the tap water has a lot of calcium in it and as a result the limescale builds up so fast around taps and shower units. As well if you do not stay on top of the scale it seems to multiply almost overnight.
Unless you have used a really good grouting system there is also most probably in the end going to be a fine build up of mildew/mould on your tiles.
Here is a good natural recipe to come to grips with grout cleaning and mould removal:
7 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Lemon juice
1/4 Cup Vinegar.
: Mix it all together in a spray can and then spray the concoction onto the dirty grout. Let the solution sit for a good 30 minutes and then scrub with a brush.
The result is a sparkling clean grout.
If you are in need of a more serious bathroom clean call All Care Cleaning Services. We are on call 24/7 and will give you a free estimate over the phone
Trust us: Not all bathrooms we come into are this clean. Most bathrooms are covered in grime and dirt but it is OUR job to make them look sparkling clean again.
We also undertake Emergency Cleans.
Here in London carpets are in many rooms including the lounge, bedroom, toilets, entrance-way etc. etc. All Care Cleaning can either steam clean or shampoo clean your carpets. It is the same cost whichever method we use.
However we do find that when people are moving into new homes a staggering 99% want their carpets shampoo cleaned. That entails two men and two machines. One machine puts a dry foam industrial shampoo that is agitated into the pile of the carpet while the other machine sucks up the broken down dirt and "excess" water, leaving your carpets touch dry/ They will be completely dry within 4 - 5 hours.
We also clean upholstery, mattresses and headboards.
For example new tenants are moving in to furnished flats.
All Care Cleaning also often steam clean/ shampoo clean mattresses and headboards ensuring the mattress is disinfected, dust mite-free and super clean.
If you feel that you want to give your mattresses a refresh clean doing this yourself here is a great method to use. All you need is distilled white vinegar, a little rubbing alcohol and some tea tree oil that you mix together in a spray bottle.
Lightly spray the mixture on your mattress to help combat dust mites, mildew and general odour.
For an even deeper clean follow with a dusting of baking soda and let it all dry then vacuum off.

If your coffee consistently comes out weak and bitter, no matter how good and expensive coffee you put into your coffee machine odds are your machine needs cleaning. As we all know the build up of scale here in London is through the Richter scale. Here is a little friendly tip on how to clean your coffee machine:
Fill the decanter with 2 cups white vinegar, (it has to be white vinegar) and 1 cup water. Place a filter in the machine and pour the solution into the coffeemakers water chamber. Turn on the coffeemaker and let it run through a full brew cycle. Remove the filter and replace it with a fresh one. then run clear water through the machine for two full cycles, replacing the filter again for the second brew. If you have soft water, clean your coffeemaker after 80 brew cycles - 40 if you have hard water.
Same principle goes for the tea drinkers out there.
To eliminate lime and mineral deposits in a teakettle, bring 3 cups full-strength white vinegar to a full boil for five minutes and leave the vinegar in the kettle overnight. Rinse out with cold water the next day and bring the kettle to a boil again with fresh water, discard and then the kettle is ready to use.

☛To remove stubborn stains from most surfaces use a baking soda paste, ( 3 parts baking soda, one part water), apply, let stand for a few minutes then scrub and wipe clean.
☛Did you know that hairbrushes and combs can also be cleaned in a baking soda solution?
☛To avoid clogged drains, pour 1/4 cup baking soda down your drains weekly. Rinse through with hot, hot water.
☛For all other cleaning matters when it comes to bathrooms and general cleaning please get in touch with All Care Cleaning Services on 020 7625 8888. We have been cleaning houses and flats all over London since 1987 and have a sizeable knowledge about how to get rid of even the toughest stains.
When it comes to natural non-poisonous products that can be used for household cleaning one of the best is baking soda. This was used when we undertook a sparkle clean in a beautiful kitchen in BELGRAVIA
For example did you know that baking soda will keep away odours from your garbage tin. You just have to sprinkle the bottom of the garbage tin and then again when you put a new rubbish bag in. This simple practise will eliminate odours.
As well, to clean kitchen surfaces just sprinkle baking soda on a damp cloth, wipe then cleanse with clean water.
For bad odours in the fridge a little small bowl of baking soda in the refrigerator door, freezer or in fact any kitchen cupboards will also keep away unpleasant odours.
As well if you have scuff marks or grease spills on any floor surfaces, sprinkle the floor with baking soda and then wipe with a damp, warm cloth. Baking soda is even safe to use on non-waxed floors.
For all other heavy duty cleaning in the kitchen it is better however to just call in the professionals.
All Care Cleaning Services are experts at kitchen and sparkle cleans.

The festive season has been and gone and January is hitting us hard.
If you have partied up a little too hard over the Xmas and New Year period and are saving money by not having your carpets professionally cleaned this January bear this mind:
Never use the supermarket's household carpet cleaning/stain removal products. They contain some serious bleaching components that in most cases leave a bleach stain/mark on your carpets which we are sad to say will never come out, which a client in Chelsea sadly recently discovered.
As well these household products will also not remove the stains.
